Hats Off
This graduation card was so much fun to make. I stamped the caps on watercolor paper, then colored with Copics. The blending was much better than on other cardstock I've tried. Wonder if that is similar to the effect the X-Press Blending Paper has?
I had several more caps cut out, so I followed the CAS(E) This Sketch #28 and came up with this:
