Playing with Paper...Smooches, that is

Now that things have quieted down a bit, I hid in my craft room for a few minutes and played with the Paper Smooches Party Pals stamp:
Oh man, I love this stamp.  So cute.  I made my own background patterned paper with nail polish (inspiration from Kristina Werner) and stamped the sentiment on vellum. With a little glitter from the polish and Glossy Accents on the party hat, there is some shine as well as color.  I love it!
